We need to know enough about most other medical conditions to determine how anesthesia and surgery will influence them, and how those problems will affect the. Every organ system must be monitored, and the critical ones must be controlled.

Radiologist at my institution read around 100 cases per shift. I don’t get why they get paid almost the highest of all kinds of doctors but also are poked fun at for just sitting around during the majority of surgery. Now throw in higher pay plus advanced imaging like ct/mri/pet plus procedures like lines and such it grows.
